Shipping times vary based on the destination and product type. The delivery time after product dispatch remains consistent, while the order preparation duration depends on the type of product:

* For Ready to Wear collection the order preparation time is 24 to 48 hours.
* For Haute Couture, Bridal and Veils from our website collection are typically dispatched within 45 days.
* For Custom-made dresses beyond our website collection, the production time is a minimum of 45 days and may extend based on the details finalised during your personalised consultation. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship in each bespoke creation.

National (Morocco) : Orders within Morocco typically take 2 to 5 working days.

International : International orders can expect delivery within 5 to 7 working days.

Rest assured, we strive for efficient and timely order delivery.

You may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, and/or other duties specific to the destination Country in order to receive your order. These additional fees cannot be collected by us, nor are they controlled in any way by our Online Store. Please remember that this is not the shipping fee: There are no additional shipping costs.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the estimated local market pricing and delivery times.

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes.
