HOW CAN I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?

To place an online order, simply follow these steps:

1. Select a product a product of your choice,
2. Choose your desired size, dress length, and quantity.
3. Click ‘Add to Cart,
4. Click on ‘My Cart’ and then ‘Proceed to Checkout.’
4. Review your cart, select your preferred delivery method, and proceed to payment.
5. Enter your delivery and billing information to complete the order.
6. Select your payment method – card payments are confirmed instantly.
7. For cash on pickup or bank transfer, your order will remain on hold until payment is confirmed by our accounts team.
8. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a notification with a digital receipt. When your order ships, a second notification with tracking information will be sent to track your package.

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

All Maison Ahmed online items include a size guide section in the product detail page. This guide provides information to help you choose the right size for a perfect fit.

MATERIAL CARE CONDITIONS

Please keep the dress far for sharp objects as the dresses are hand embellished and any sharp object may cut the thread or material embroidered, keep it hanging, Further more check the wash care label and instructions.

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ORDER HISTORY?

To access your order history:

View your order history by logging in to your account.
Click on ‘My Orders’ to access and review your order history.
This allows you to conveniently track and manage your past orders through your Maison Ahmed account.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

For Ready to wear articles, you can cancel or change your order until it is dispatched. However, please note that for Haute Couture, Bridals and Veils are made-to-order or customized products, changes or cancellations are only possible before the order status reaches “under production.” Once the production has begun, modifications or cancellations will not be allowed.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT DID NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT CAN I DO?

Log in to your Maison Ahmed customer account.
Click on ‘My Orders’ to check the status of your order.
If you don’t receive your package within the expected time frame, please contact us at support@maisonahmed.com or message us on WhatsApp.

Our customer support team will assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues promptly.

HOW IS MY ORDER PREPARED?

Our **ready-to-wear** products are typically in stock. Once your order is confirmed, they are prepared for shipping within 24 to 48 hours.

For **haute couture, bridal, and veils** categories, these items are custom-made to order. Each piece is crafted with the utmost care in our workshop, taking the necessary time to create and finish according to your specific customization options.

Once your custom order is complete, we carefully prepare it for dispatch. Every item is meticulously packed at the dedicated **Maison Ahmed** workshop, placed in branded cases, and then securely boxed for shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification on your registered email and WhatsApp number. This message will include a tracking number, enabling you to monitor your order's progress with the relevant shipping agency. If you haven't received this notification, please reach out to us at support@maisonahmed.com, and we'll be delighted to assist you.

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF DIFFERENT ORDER STATUS?

On hold: Your order is on hold.

Pending payment: We are either waiting for confirmation from our workshop or payment confirmation from our user

Confirmed: You order is confirmed and the process will start immediately

Processing: The order is being processed for packing in case of in stock orders and for made to order or customized orders the atelier is notified along with the customization details.

Completed: Your order is completed.

Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered to you.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.

Refunded: Your order has been refunded.

Failed: Your order has failed.

Notified to Atelier: The atelier is notified about the order along with customization details, if any.

Under production: Are artisans have initiated the designing and production process.

Connected to Store: Our team at the atelier has connected your order to the store for final processing.

Received at Store: Once the dress is received at the store the store will then prepare the dress to be further connected to be delivered to you through available shipping agency.

Ready for pickup: If you’ve chosen the delivery option as “Pickup at Store” then you will be notified as “Available for Pickup” then you may visit our store to pickup the product.

Shipped: Your order has been shipped and tracking details have been sent to you on your registered WhatsApp and Email also you can track the same in My account, under order section.
