RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Yes, we do. We offer a 14-day return/exchange window for Ready to wear articles. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for Haute Couture, Bridals and Veils which are made-to-order or customised articles, as these are specially crafted upon your request. However, We Will Be Happy To Assist You With Any Alterations. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend our users to record a video while opening the package until they are satisfied with the product. Our support executive may request video proof to facilitate the return or exchange process.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY RULES

* The return/exchange window should be within 14 days of delivery.

* The item(s) must be in the original condition, unworn, and unaltered, with tags and labels unstained.

* Upon acceptance of your return and receipt of the item, we will notify you and process your refund, minus the shipping fee.

* Users are responsible for shipment costs associated with returns and exchanges.

* These guidelines ensure a smooth and fair process for returns and exchanges at Maison Ahmed.

ONLINE RETURNS

Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your exchange or return request. If the new item costs less than the original item, we will issue a refund and process the new item as a new order. If the new item costs more than the original item, a new charge will be applied for the difference. Our client service team will inform you of any additional charges before proceeding with the exchange.

IN-BOUTIQUE RETURNS

If you prefer to exchange the item(s) in person, our dedicated Fashion Advisors will be happy to assist you. We invite you to visit the boutique from where you purchased the order.

Please make sure you bring your return in its original packaging with a printed version of the airway bill and the sale invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PRODUCT CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must come from our Ready-to-Wear collection. Custom-made items, including Haute Couture, Bridal, and Veils, are not eligible as they are made-to-order. Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your package. The item(s) should be in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all tags and labels intact, and free from any stains. We highly recommend recording a video when unpacking the item to ensure a smooth and transparent process. These guidelines are designed to ensure efficiency and fairness for all return and exchange requests at Maison Ahmed.

REFUND RULES AND EXPECTANCY

Once all conditions are met upon receiving the article, we will promptly initiate your refund. 

However, the bank may take up to 10 days to process your funds to credit to your original payment method. Alternatively, you have the option to opt for instant Maison Ahmed credit, credited to your account, which can be used for shopping at any time on maisonahmed.com. This provides you with flexibility and convenience in deciding how you’d like to proceed with your refund.

CREATING REQUEST FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To ship an item back to Maison Ahmed please:

Contact us by email at support@maisonahmed.com with the order number and the item you want to return/ exchange, place the item/s in the original shipping Package. We will organize the pick-up or drop-off with the local delivery service. When we receive the merchandise, which must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, we proceed to your refund. The return is at the expense of the customer and costs 40€
